1. Terms of Use
Welcome to Ink To Tee, LLC ("Ink To Tee," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service apply to the website, customer account areas, gang sheet builder, shirt builder, uploads, carts, checkout, and related services. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Ink To Tee sells custom products. That means your order is built from your uploaded files and selected order details. The more carefully you review your artwork and order before checkout, the smoother the result usually is.
1.1 Account responsibilities
You are responsible for account activity that happens under your login, for keeping your password secure, and for promptly notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access.
1.2 Order accuracy and customer review
You are responsible for reviewing artwork, spelling, transparency, sizing, quantities, garment selections, delivery details, and any other information submitted with the order. By placing an order, you confirm that the files and order choices are what you want produced.
- Gang sheets and custom shirts are produced from the files and order selections you submit.
- Preview tools help you order more confidently, but they do not replace your final review before checkout.
- If artwork, size, or order details are unclear, production timing may be affected.
1.3 Right to refuse, cancel, or limit service
We may refuse service, reject submitted content, cancel an order, or limit quantities if we believe the request violates these terms, creates legal risk, appears fraudulent, is abusive, or cannot be fulfilled as submitted.
1.4 Production timing and estimates
Production timing and shipping transit are different. Gang sheet orders placed before 2 PM EST, Monday through Friday, may qualify for same-day shipping only when the order is print-ready and does not require artwork follow-up. Carrier delivery timing begins after the package is handed to the carrier and is outside our direct control.
2. User Content & Copyright
The site allows you to upload, store, submit, and send digital files, artwork, text, images, logos, and related materials ("User Content"). You keep whatever ownership rights you already have in that content, but you are responsible for having the legal right to use it.
- Do not upload content that infringes another party’s copyright, trademark, publicity, or other rights.
- Do not upload child sexual abuse material, sexually explicit content involving minors, or any unlawful exploitative material.
- Do not upload unlawful hate content, threats, or content promoting violence against protected groups.
- Do not upload content that is fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, or otherwise illegal to print or distribute.
2.1 Your rights warranty
By uploading or submitting content, you represent and warrant that you own it or have the necessary licenses, permissions, and authority to have it reproduced, printed, sold, and distributed.
2.2 Limited production license
You grant Ink To Tee a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, process, resize, prepare previews of, and reproduce your User Content solely as needed to run the site, fulfill your order, provide customer support, troubleshoot issues, keep internal order records, and handle authorized reprints or claims related to the order.
2.3 Passive conduit and review limits
Ink To Tee operates as a custom production service and does not promise manual legal review of every upload. If content appears risky or clearly improper, we may refuse or remove it, but we are not obligated to pre-screen every file before submission or checkout.
2.4 DMCA and copyright notices
If you believe content connected to the service infringes your copyright, email legal@inktotee.com with a signed notice that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature, or that of your authorized agent.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The specific content or order information you want us to review.
- Your contact information and a good-faith statement supporting the claim.
3. Indemnification
This is a binding legal term.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ink To Tee, LLC, its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising out of or related to your User Content, your breach of these terms, your violation of law, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Example: if you upload a logo or artwork you do not have permission to use and a third party brings a claim against Ink To Tee because it was printed or sold, this section applies.
4. Shipping, Refunds & Cancellations
4.1 Custom goods policy
Ink To Tee produces custom gang sheets and custom apparel to order. Because these items are made specifically from the files and selections you submit, all sales are generally final unless a confirmed shop-caused issue is approved for a remedy under our make-it-right review process.
4.2 What may qualify for review
- A wrong item was sent.
- An item is missing.
- A clear production defect happened during shop production.
- Packing-related damage is documented promptly with photos.
4.3 What usually does not qualify
- Low-resolution, blurry, misspelled, cropped, or otherwise flawed artwork that was submitted as uploaded.
- Customer-selected sizes, quantities, garment colors, or other order choices entered at checkout.
- Issues caused after delivery by pressing, washing, storage, handling, or misuse.
- Carrier delays that happen after the shipment has been accepted into the carrier network.
4.4 Change or cancellation requests
If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us immediately. Because custom jobs may enter production quickly, we may be unable to stop or revise an order once artwork handling, asset generation, printing, or fulfillment work has already begun.
4.5 Force majeure
Ink To Tee is not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including acts of God, severe weather, fire, labor disruptions, supply interruptions, transportation failures, carrier disruptions, cyber incidents, governmental action, war, terrorism, civil unrest, utility failures, or similar events.
5. Print, Artwork & Color Disclaimers
Custom print results depend heavily on source artwork, intended print size, garment choice, and post-delivery application or care. By placing an order, you acknowledge the following production realities.
5.1 Print as uploaded
We print from the files you submit. If artwork is blurry, pixelated, cropped, compressed, misspelled, or includes an unwanted background, those problems can show up in the final result.
5.2 Artwork quality expectations
- Transparent PNG files and clean vector artwork are usually the strongest choices for cleaner results.
- Screenshots, tiny web images, fuzzy text, and stretched artwork often produce weaker output.
- We recommend production-ready artwork prepared at the intended print size, with roughly 300 DPI quality where applicable.
5.3 Color expectations
- Screens display color in RGB while printing uses ink-based output, so exact on-screen matching is not guaranteed.
- We do not promise exact Pantone matching on every job unless separately agreed in writing.
- Minor color variation can happen between reprints, materials, presses, or production runs.
5.4 Pressing and care after delivery
DTF performance can be affected by heat, pressure, peel timing, washing method, storage conditions, and garment handling after delivery. Problems caused after delivery are generally outside shop-side coverage.
