What is generally covered

Wrong or missing item

If the shipment does not match what was ordered, or something is missing, let us know so we can review the order details.

Clear production defect

If there is a major print issue that happened during production, we want to see it and verify the best next step.

Packing-related damage

If the order arrived with obvious damage that happened before delivery to you, include photos of the packaging and the item.

What is usually not covered

Artwork submitted as uploaded

Low-resolution files, design mistakes, spelling errors, or background issues that were part of the submitted artwork are usually not eligible for a reprint or refund.

Order selections made at checkout

Custom products are produced from the size, quantity, garment color, and design choices placed with the order, so those selections should be reviewed carefully before purchase.

Post-delivery misuse

Problems caused by incorrect pressing, washing, storage, or handling after delivery are generally outside of shop-side coverage.
