Know what to expect

Shipping & Turnaround

Production time and shipping transit are different. Gang sheet orders placed before 2 PM EST, Monday through Friday, qualify for same-day shipping. This page helps you plan the rest with clearer timing expectations before checkout.

Production time vs shipping time

Your order moves through two stages: shop production first, then carrier transit after the package is handed off.

1. Order received

Your order enters production planning. If artwork or order details need attention, that can affect how quickly production starts.

2. Printed and checked

Gang sheet orders placed before 2 PM EST Monday through Friday qualify for same-day shipping when the order is print-ready and does not require artwork follow-up.

3. Shipped by the carrier

Transit begins after the carrier receives the package. Delivery speed then depends on the carrier network and service level selected.

What can affect timing

  • Time of day the order is placed
  • Whether the artwork is truly print-ready
  • Order size and overall job complexity
  • Weekends, holidays, and peak production periods
  • Carrier delays after the shipment leaves our shop

Carrier time starts after shipment

Shipping speed and delivery dates depend on the carrier once the package has been accepted into their network.
